Brand Manager | Full Time | Hybrid

About the role:

 

This is a new role, reporting to the Head of Marketing, designed to support our next wave of brand launches. You’ll take the lead on creating and delivering brand marketing plans that drive growth, support retail partners, and engage consumers. With P&L ownership and the opportunity to shape launch campaigns, you’ll be a vital part of a small, agile team making a big impact.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Own and implement brand plans across our portfolio, from go-to-market strategy to above and below the line campaigns

  • Manage brand budgets, report on performance, and optimise plans to hit ambitious targets

  • Support cross-functional delivery across sales, supply, regulatory, and external agencies

  • Oversee brand websites, ensuring an exceptional brand experience and SEO-friendly content

  • Support field sales teams with compelling materials, while building strong relationships with retail partners

  • Analyse trends, competitors and market dynamics to inform brand positioning and activation

  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and creative across all touchpoints

  • Champion consumer insight to shape bold, relevant, and creative marketing initiatives

 

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in brand management, ideally in consumer healthcare or personal care, and a proven track record of launching products or driving brand growth.


You’ll be:

  • Commercially sharp – confident managing a P&L and collaborating with sales teams

  • Creatively curious – able to inspire campaigns and challenge norms

  • Digitally switched on – experienced in ecommerce, performance marketing and SEO

  • Collaborative and confident – great with agencies, stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Proactive and resilient – thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment

  • Entrepreneurial – loves building from the ground up and making things happen
